Electroic Hardware-round standoff bolts are also named standoff screws , spacers or standoffs , they are normally used for holding or supporting for PCB .The popular material is brass as good electricity conduction or aluminum for good electricity and light.

Standoff bolt has a female threads ( inside thread) and a male threads ( outside threads ) , and they are same threads specifications so that can be installed among standoff bolts .basic framework is designed hexagon .

All threads can be gaged after machining (in plain). while the thread after plating can only be mated(screw mate), because the tips of thread will not be sharp and might be impacted in rolling plating.

(The external threads are manufactured to a pre-plated condition to accommodate the plating process. Unplated parts will accept the

standard no-go gauge.)

We suggest our customer to use brass, aluminum or stainless steel for the standoff instead of steel, considering the freight overseas costs in total
